Thanks for your interest in grappling gamers! This program will help promote the social interactions needed to help your child succeed in a safe and friendly environment. We believe that self-defense leads to confident kids and helps promote leadership in them. The anti-bully program will give kids the tools needed to help resolve conflicts that may arise. Every class will start with "mat talk" discussing scenarios and things we can do to avoid or resolve the conflict peacefully. Then we will go into a jiu jitsu based or wrestling lesson from the Machado Method curriculum. On Fridays open mat will be a combined class at 430pm so students can test the skills they have learned. Open arcade will happen for the students who were good throughout the week. Parents are encouraged to pick up the students by 6pm at the latest.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5pm-6pm, Fridays (optional) 5pm-6pm Fun day.

Ages: 5-15 for the classes unless there is a special request or need which will be looked at in a case-to-case bases.
